4. Support the team in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
5. Ensure the store environment is welcoming and reflects Sephora's brand values.

1. Previous experience as a beauty advisor or in a similar role.
2. Passion for the beauty industry and a strong understanding of current trends.
3. Proficiency in English or other languages is advantageous.

Previous experience in a beauty advisory role is preferred but not mandatory.
