Sephora Beauty Advisor

- Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate and communicate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.

- Previous experience delivering excellent customer service in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to perform in a goal-oriented, fast-paced retail environment.
- Reliable availability during peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
