Sephora Beauty Advisor

- Deliver outstanding client service through personalised consultations, product recommendations and beauty services to drive conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by developing product knowledge and promoting services to increase average basket and items per transaction.
- Ensure merchandising standards and visual presentation are maintained according to brand guidelines, including replenishment and display updates.
- Manage stock accuracy and replenishment: receive, warehouse and prepare merchandise for sale; participate in inventories and stock control routines.
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions, refunds and daily cash procedures with accuracy and compliance.
- Support and deliver short services across departments and assist with in-store beauty classes and promotional events.
- Monitor and report retail KPIs (conversion rate, items per basket, average basket, customer feedback, number of services) and act to improve performance.
- Perform daily operational tasks including cleaning and upkeep of the salesfloor, product presentation and ad hoc tasks related to store operations.
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, organised and able to work collaboratively within a team.
- Open, motivating and friendly manner suitable for a high-contact retail environment.
- Interest in or prior experience within beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion or hospitality sectors.
- Fluency in English or the local (German) language; additional language skills an advantage.

Entry-level role: prior retail or customer-advisory experience preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrable interest in the beauty industry and basic experience delivering client-facing services is advantageous.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training in cosmetics, beauty or retail is advantageous.
