- Deliver tailored, consultative beauty experiences and product recommendations to clients.
- Demonstrate and communicate product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of beauty trends, new launches and application techniques.
- Drive sales and achieve individual KPIs and performance targets.
- Support inventory management, visual merchandising and ensure a clean, welcoming sales floor.
- Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company standards and policies.
- Be available for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays and maintain punctual attendance.
- Previous experience providing excellent client service in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles preferred.
- Passion for beauty, cosmetics and current trends.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, goal-oriented team.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to meet part-time scheduling requirements (15–29 hrs/week) and peak retail hours.
