1. Deliver tailored, consultative beauty experiences and product recommendations to clients.
2. Demonstrate and communicate product knowledge to educate and empower clients.
3. Maintain up-to-date awareness of beauty trends, new launches and application techniques.
4. Drive sales and achieve individual KPIs and performance targets.
5. Support inventory management, visual merchandising and ensure a clean, welcoming sales floor.
6. Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company standards and policies.
7. Be available for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays and maintain punctual attendance.

1. Previous experience providing excellent client service in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles preferred.
2. Passion for beauty, cosmetics and current trends.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
4. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, goal-oriented team.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
6. Availability to meet part-time scheduling requirements (15–29 hrs/week) and peak retail hours.
