1. Provide active support and expert advice to customers across all departments including Makeup, Skincare, Haircare, and Fragrances.
2. Share knowledge on products, trends, and new beauty innovations.
3. Ensure product presentation aligns with visual merchandising standards.
4. Maintain a fully stocked sales floor and prepare products for sale.
5. Manage storage and inventory both in the warehouse and on the sales floor.

1. Previous experience in sales, ideally within the beauty, cosmetics, retail, or fashion sectors.

1. Excellent customer communication skills.
2. Strong knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.
3. Fluency in French; basic English skills are advantageous.

Beginner level experience in sales, preferably within the beauty or related industries.
