1. Previous experience in similar roles such as Sales Assistant, Promoter, or Beauty Consultant, preferably in dynamic multinational retail settings.
2. Understanding of key retail performance indicators (KPIs).
3. High school diploma.

3. Proficiency in English; knowledge of French is advantageous.
4. Teamwork and collaboration skills.
