Sephora Beauty Advisor (Flex)

1. Deliver personalized in-store beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate and translate product knowledge to educate clients on makeup, skincare and fragrance, including new product launches and trends.
3. Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding individual KPIs and contributing to store revenue goals through consultative selling and clienteling.
4. Support merchandising, stock replenishment and inventory controls to maintain an attractive, organized and retail-ready sales floor.
5. Maintain store standards for cleanliness, safety and visual presentation to ensure an inviting client experience.
6. Work collaboratively to foster an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and uphold company policies and customer service standards.

1. Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and cultivate strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality or client-facing setting.
2. Passion for beauty products and trends, with an enthusiasm for continuous learning and sharing product knowledge.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
4. Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance required.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or other client-facing experience preferred but not required. Demonstrated aptitude for customer service and sales is valued.

High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology/esthetician certification or formal beauty training is a plus.
