Sephora Beauty Advisor (Flex)

- Deliver tailored, one‑to‑one beauty consultations and product recommendations to drive client confidence and loyalty.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Maintain floor standards including merchandising, inventory support, visual presentation and a clean, welcoming environment.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, up‑to‑date advice.
- Uphold company policies and safety standards to ensure a secure and enjoyable shopping experience for clients and colleagues.
- Operate reliably within flexible scheduling requirements, including availability for nights, weekends and peak holiday periods.
- Previous experience delivering excellent customer service in retail, hospitality or other client‑facing environments preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a goal‑oriented team and to adapt quickly to new product information.
- Punctual, reliable with consistent attendance and availability to meet required weekly shifts.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Consultative selling and client relationship management

- Point‑of‑sale (POS) operations and cash handling
- Trend awareness and product education
Entry‑level role; previous retail, hospitality or client‑facing experience is preferred but not mandatory.
High school diploma or equivalent; formal cosmetics or beauty certification is an asset.
