Sephora Beauty Advisor (Flex)

- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and bespoke product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools to educate and empower clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant advice and drive repeat business.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through strong client service and consultative selling.
- Support merchandising, inventory processes and store presentation to ensure a clean, organized and inviting environment.

- Meet flexible scheduling requirements, including availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and punctual attendance.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment demonstrating strong service and relationship-building skills.
- Genuine passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to consult and sell in a customer-centric manner.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative, goal-driven attitude and the ability to learn and share product knowledge quickly.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and sustain activity for a retail shift.
- Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for Flex scheduling (typically 4–14 hours/week) and work peak retail periods.
