Sephora Beauty Advisor (Flex)

- Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
- Drive store performance by meeting or exceeding sales goals, conversion targets and other KPIs.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora’s policies and customer service standards.
- Be available to work flexible shifts during peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred with a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent service.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients build confidence through product expertise.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Reliable punctuality and consistent attendance; ability to meet minimum weekly shift/hours for a Flex schedule.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level position; prior retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrated customer service ability and sales aptitude are beneficial.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
