Sephora Beauty Advisor (Flex, Part-time)

1. Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to meet individual client needs and drive client retention.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients on product usage and benefits.
3. Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive selling and clienteling.
4. Maintain a well-merchandised, clean and inviting sales floor; support inventory processes and visual merchandising standards.
5. Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant, expert advice.
6. Contribute to an inclusive team environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

1. Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment; demonstrated ability to build client relationships.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and product innovation with the ability to communicate enthusiasm professionally.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and collaborative.
4. Reliable availability during peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and ability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements.
5. Physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and performing repetitive, on-your-feet tasks.

Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrated customer service aptitude and ability to learn product knowledge quickly are valued.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; cosmetology, beauty, or retail certifications are a plus.
