Sephora Beauty Advisor (Flex, Part-time)

1. Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to educate and empower clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance categories.
3. Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client relationship building.
4. Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities, and ensure the store environment is clean, organised and inviting.
5. Keep abreast of beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant and up-to-date advice.
6. Contribute to an inclusive team culture and adhere to company policies, safety and loss-prevention procedures.

1. Previous experience delivering excellent client service in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
4. Adaptability and a rapid ability to learn and share product knowledge.
5. Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
