Sephora Beauty Advisor (Flex, Part-time)

- Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to educate and empower clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance categories.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client relationship building.
- Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities, and ensure the store environment is clean, organised and inviting.
- Keep abreast of beauty trends, new product launches and techniques to provide relevant and up-to-date advice.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture and adhere to company policies, safety and loss-prevention procedures.
- Previous experience delivering excellent client service in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Adaptability and a rapid ability to learn and share product knowledge.
- Availability for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level — previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred; experience in beauty or cosmetics is an asset.
High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology or beauty-related certification considered an asset.
