Sephora Beauty Advisor (Flex)

1. Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to clients.
2. Demonstrate deep product knowledge and educate clients on application, benefits and routines.
3. Monitor beauty trends and new launches to provide current, relevant advice.
4. Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and client relationship building.
5. Support merchandising, inventory control and maintain a clean, welcoming sales environment.
6. Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture and uphold company policies and service standards.
7. Maintain reliable attendance and availability for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

1. Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-service environment preferred.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and empowering client confidence.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to learn product ranges quickly and share knowledge with clients and teammates.
5. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform retail duties for extended periods.
6. Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for a flexible/part-time schedule.

Entry-level role; previous retail or hospitality experience preferred and will be considered an asset. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service and build relationships is valued.

High school diploma or equivalent; cosmetology, beauty or retail certifications are a plus.
