1. Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations that align with each client's needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate deep product knowledge and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and routine building.
3. Maintain up-to-date awareness of beauty trends, new product launches and competitive offerings to inform client advice and drive repeat visits.
4. Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
5. Support merchandising, inventory activities and visual standards to ensure a clean, organized and inviting store environment.
6. Foster an inclusive, collaborative store culture by supporting colleagues and upholding company policies and client safety standards.

1. Previous experience delivering excellent service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and empowering client confidence.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to consult and influence.
4. Team-oriented mindset and ability to perform in a goal-driven retail environment.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and to work retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
