1. Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
3. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
4. Maintain visual standards, merchandising and inventory accuracy to ensure a welcoming and organized store environment.
5. Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
6. Contribute to an inclusive team culture by collaborating with colleagues and supporting store initiatives.

1. Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment demonstrating strong customer service and relationship-building.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and meet minimum weekly shift requirements for a Flex role (4–14 hrs/week).
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
