Sephora Beauty Advisor (Flex)

1. Deliver personalised in-store consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise through live demonstrations, sampling, and one-on-one tutorials that educate and empower clients.
3. Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
4. Maintain merchandising standards, assist with inventory management, restocking, and visual presentation to ensure a welcoming retail environment.
5. Remain current with beauty trends, new product launches, and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
6. Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team culture and uphold Sephora’s policies for a safe shopping experience.

1. Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environments preferred.
2. Demonstrable passion for beauty, product trends, and client empowerment.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach.
4. Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays; punctuality and reliable attendance required.
5. Ability to meet the required minimum weekly shifts/hours based on employment type (Flex: 4–14 hrs/week; Part-time: 15–29 hrs/week; Full-time: 30–40 hrs/week).
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
