Sephora Beauty Advisor (Flex)

1. Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs, driving client satisfaction and repeat visits.
2. Demonstrate and communicate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
3. Stay current with beauty trends, new launches and techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
4. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators through effective clienteling and conversion.
5. Support inventory processes, merchandising standards and maintain a clean, welcoming retail environment.
6. Foster an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and adhere to Sephora’s operational and safety standards.
7. Maintain flexible availability to meet scheduling requirements including nights, weekends and holidays, and meet minimum weekly shift commitments.

1. Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments.
2. Passion for beauty products, trends and empowering client confidence.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
4. Reliable punctuality and consistent attendance; ability to meet required minimum weekly hours for the Flex schedule.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
