Sephora Beauty Advisor (Flex)

- Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations to meet each client's unique needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Keep abreast of trends, new launches and application techniques to provide up-to-date advice and drive repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators through relationship-building and appropriate upselling.
- Support merchandising, inventory tasks and replenishment to maintain an organised, visually compelling retail space.

- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with a demonstrable ability to deliver excellent service.
- Passion for beauty, trends and the ability to translate product knowledge into clear client guidance.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport with diverse clientele.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a goal-driven, collaborative environment.
- Reliable availability for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual with consistent attendance.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when required.
