Sephora Beauty Advisor (Flex)

1. Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations to meet each client's unique needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
3. Keep abreast of trends, new launches and application techniques to provide up-to-date advice and drive repeat business.
4. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators through relationship-building and appropriate upselling.
5. Support merchandising, inventory tasks and replenishment to maintain an organised, visually compelling retail space.
6. Uphold company policies, safety standards and loss-prevention procedures to ensure a secure and welcoming shopping experience.
7. Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture and assist teammates during peak periods.

1. Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with a demonstrable ability to deliver excellent service.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and the ability to translate product knowledge into clear client guidance.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable building rapport with diverse clientele.
4. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a goal-driven, collaborative environment.
5. Reliable availability for peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual with consistent attendance.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when required.
