- Deliver personalised client consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual beauty needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients through in‑store demonstrations and one‑to‑one advice.
- Remain current on beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant guidance.
- Drive sales performance and contribute to achievement of store KPIs and individual targets.
- Support merchandising, inventory management and visual presentation to ensure an organised, inviting sales floor.
- Maintain store standards by upholding company policies, safety procedures and a welcoming client experience.
- Foster an inclusive team environment and contribute positively to store culture and collaboration.
- Be available for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and meet required minimum weekly shifts.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or client‑facing roles preferred; proven customer service capability.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and product knowledge.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building client relationships.
- Reliable punctuality and consistent attendance; ability to work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when supporting stock and merchandising tasks.

Entry-level role. Previous retail, hospitality or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required; on‑the‑job training provided.
