Sephora Beauty Advisor (Flex)

- Drive sales performance and achieve assigned KPIs through clienteling and conversion-focused service.

- Adhere to flexible scheduling requirements and maintain punctuality and reliable attendance during peak retail hours.
- Previous experience providing excellent customer service in retail, hospitality or other client-facing environments preferred.
- Passion for beauty, product trends and helping clients build confidence.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to learn quickly and share product knowledge with colleagues and clients.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform typical retail tasks.
- Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required; must meet minimum weekly shift/hour commitments for flex scheduling.
