1. Deliver individualized beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client's needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
3. Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
4. Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure a clean, organized sales floor.
5. Keep current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
6. Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora’s customer experience and safety standards.
7. Fulfill scheduling requirements, including availability for peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).

1. Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a related client-service role preferred.
2. Demonstrated passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a goal-oriented environment and adapt quickly to new product knowledge.
5. Reliable punctuality and consistent attendance; ability to meet minimum weekly shift/hours requirements for the role.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by store operations.
