1. Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare, and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
3. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators.
4. Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities, and ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.
5. Stay current on beauty trends, new product launches, and category innovations to provide relevant advice.
6. Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company policies for a safe shopping experience.
7. Be available for scheduled shifts during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, and maintain punctual attendance.

1. Previous experience delivering exceptional client service in retail, hospitality, or a client-facing environment preferred.
2. Genuine passion for beauty, trends, and helping clients feel confident.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach.
4. Collaborative team player comfortable working in a goal-oriented environment.
5. Quick learner able to absorb product knowledge and translate it into client advice.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required.

Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing experience is preferred but not required. Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and meet sales objectives is an asset.

High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary training in cosmetology, esthetics, or a related field is advantageous.
