- Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
- Drive sales performance and achieve individual KPIs through effective client conversion and follow-up.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, manage inventory tasks and ensure a clean, organized presentation of the selling floor.
- Remain current on beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to keep advice relevant and compelling.
- Promote an inclusive, team-oriented environment while upholding company policies and safety standards.
- Ensure reliable availability for scheduled shifts including nights, weekends and holiday peak periods.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment with demonstrated service excellence.
- Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
- Team-oriented mindset and the capability to work toward sales targets in a collaborative setting.
- Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and to work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level role; prior retail or client-facing experience is preferred but candidates new to beauty with strong customer service aptitude will be considered.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
