1. Deliver personalized, consultative beauty experiences and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
3. Drive sales performance and achieve individual KPIs through effective client conversion and follow-up.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards, manage inventory tasks and ensure a clean, organized presentation of the selling floor.
5. Remain current on beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to keep advice relevant and compelling.
6. Promote an inclusive, team-oriented environment while upholding company policies and safety standards.
7. Ensure reliable availability for scheduled shifts including nights, weekends and holiday peak periods.

1. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or another client-facing environment with demonstrated service excellence.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
4. Team-oriented mindset and the capability to work toward sales targets in a collaborative setting.
5. Availability to meet minimum weekly shift requirements and to work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
