1. Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
3. Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
4. Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators through client acquisition and retention.
5. Support merchandising, inventory control and visual standards to maintain an attractive, organized sales floor.
6. Ensure a welcoming, inclusive and safe shopping environment by adhering to company policies and customer service standards.
7. Maintain punctuality and meet required scheduling commitments, including nights, weekends and holiday coverage as needed.

1. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-facing roles with a demonstrable record of customer service excellence.
2. Passion for beauty products and trends, with the ability to translate product knowledge into tailored client solutions.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
4. Reliability and flexibility to work assigned shifts and peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
