- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients on application and product benefits.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant, timely advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual sales goals and store KPIs.
- Support merchandising, inventory processes and ensure a clean, organised and inviting sales floor.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture and uphold Sephora’s customer service and safety standards.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a client‑facing role preferred; demonstrable ability to deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships.
- Genuine passion for beauty products, trends and brand storytelling.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; confident in one‑to‑one client interactions.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a goal‑oriented, inclusive environment.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge effectively.
- Able to meet required scheduling availability, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctual and reliable.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
