1. Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate clients on application techniques and regimen building.
3. Stay current with industry trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant, informed advice.
4. Drive sales performance and meet established KPIs through client engagement, follow-up and conversion strategies.
5. Support merchandising, inventory tasks and visual presentation to maintain a clean, organized and welcoming sales floor.
6. Promote an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe and positive shopping experience.

1. Previous experience providing excellent customer service and building client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles preferred.
2. Passion for beauty, product trends and a desire to empower client confidence.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to consult and influence.
4. Reliable availability for retail peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance required.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
