- Deliver personalised beauty consultations across make-up, skincare and fragrance to drive sales and customer loyalty.
- Demonstrate and recommend products through in‑store application, sampling and tailored routines.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining exceptional client service standards and a consultative selling approach.
- Ensure visual merchandising and product presentation meet brand guidelines and promotional directives.
- Participate in onboarding, training and brand initiatives; contribute to a collaborative store culture and support store operational duties as required.
- Minimum one year of professional experience in the beauty or cosmetics retail sector.
- Clear vocation for customer service with proven experience engaging and building relationships with clients.
- Fluent English is essential; additional languages are an asset.
- Residency within the province of the vacancy and availability to work on-site under a part‑time, temporary contract.
- Passion for beauty trends, product knowledge and a proactive, service-oriented attitude.

At least 1 year of hands-on experience in the beauty or cosmetics retail sector, with direct customer-facing sales responsibilities.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in beauty, cosmetology or makeup artistry are advantageous.
