1. Deliver personalized in-store beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs.
2. Demonstrate and communicate product knowledge to educate and empower clients across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
3. Remain current on beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant advice.
4. Drive sales performance by meeting or exceeding store KPIs and individual sales targets.
5. Support merchandising and inventory tasks to ensure an organized, well-stocked and inviting retail environment.
6. Provide exceptional customer service that fosters inclusivity and repeat business.
7. Adhere to Sephora policies and safety standards to create a secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
8. Maintain reliability and flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holiday shifts as required.

1. Previous experience providing excellent client service in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles preferred.
2. Genuine passion for beauty products, trends and helping clients feel confident.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Collaborative team player with a goal-oriented mindset.
5. Rapid learner able to assimilate and share product knowledge effectively.
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
7. Availability to work a part-time schedule (15–29 hours/week) including peak retail times.
