Sephora Beauty Advisor

- Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and routines.
- Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and category developments to provide relevant advice.
- Drive sales and exceed individual and store performance metrics and key performance indicators.
- Support merchandising, inventory management and visual standards to maintain a clean, organized and inviting store environment.
- Foster an inclusive, team-oriented atmosphere and uphold company policies to ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent client service in a retail, hospitality or other client-facing environment; prior beauty retail experience is preferred but not required.
- Passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment with strong interpersonal skills.
- Reliable availability for retail peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; must meet required minimum weekly shifts/hours for part-time scheduling (15–29 hrs/week).
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Punctuality, consistent attendance and a collaborative, goal-oriented mindset.
