- Deliver expert makeup, skincare and fragrance consultations in accordance with Sephora service standards, ensuring a superior customer experience and high client satisfaction.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators through proactive client engagement, product recommendations and upselling.
- Adhere to company dress code and hygiene protocols while maintaining professional presentation during all customer interactions.
- Participate in mandatory brand, regional and in-store training programs; share product knowledge with colleagues and contribute to peer learning and personal development plans.
- Execute visual merchandising and replenishment for assigned areas, maintain shelf and tester cleanliness, and ensure displays comply with Sephora’s visual standards and promotional directives.
- Operate the point-of-sale in accordance with cashiering SOPs and CRM policies, correctly apply promotional and gifting rules and support cash-management procedures.
- Perform stock operations including receiving, returns and inventory counts, apply FIFO for merchandise with sell-by considerations, and maintain warehouse 5S standards.
- Comply with all company policies and undertake other duties as assigned by store management.

Previous retail or client-facing experience in cosmetics, skincare, or luxury retail is preferred; candidates with 0–2 years of relevant customer service or sales experience will also be considered.
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certificates in beauty, cosmetology or retail sales are advantageous.
