1. Deliver personalized consultations and product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise through application, tutorials and education to empower clients’ beauty routines.
3. Drive sales and meet KPIs through proactive client engagement, follow-ups and conversion of consultations into purchases.
4. Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure the store environment is clean, organized and visually compelling.
5. Stay current on beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to promote an inclusive, team-oriented environment and uphold company policies and standards.

1. Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles (preferred).
2. Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients feel confident through product education.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative selling approach.
4. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable punctuality and attendance.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience is preferred and the ability to demonstrate strong client relationship building is valued.
