1. Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance lines; educate and empower clients to make informed choices.
3. Stay current with beauty trends, launches and techniques to provide relevant, timely advice.
4. Achieve and exceed sales targets and store KPIs through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
5. Maintain store standards including merchandising, inventory support, cleanliness and visual presentation.
6. Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment and uphold company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming shopping experience.
7. Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet peak retail demand.

1. Proven ability to deliver excellent client service in retail, hospitality or another client-facing environment.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative selling approach.
3. Passion for beauty products, trends and helping clients build confidence.
4. Reliable availability and punctuality; able to meet minimum weekly shift requirements for part-time scheduling (15–29 hrs/week).
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds when required.
