1. Deliver professional makeup, skincare and fragrance consultations aligned with Sephora service standards and hygiene protocols.
2. Drive sales by understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate products and working to achieve store KPIs and sales targets.
3. Operate the till and execute transactions in accordance with company cashiering SOPs, promotions and CRM procedures while safeguarding cash handling processes.
4. Prepare and maintain visual merchandising within assigned areas: replenish stock, ensure displays meet brand standards and execute seasonal/promotional layouts.
5. Manage stock processes including receiving, returns, cycle counts and FIFO handling to maintain inventory accuracy and minimise shrinkage.
6. Complete mandatory company trainings and brand/region training sessions; share knowledge with colleagues and support team development.
7. Comply with all company policies and perform additional tasks assigned by store management.

Typically suitable for candidates with little to no prior experience; 0–2 years of retail or beauty-related experience preferred. Proven retail sales experience or prior cosmetology/beauty advisory work is advantageous.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in beauty, cosmetics or cosmetology preferred but not required.
