Sephora Beauty Advisor

- Deliver professional consultations on makeup, skincare and fragrance in line with Sephora service standards to maximise customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through active selling, product recommendations and personalised client service.
- Uphold brand presentation standards: maintain professional appearance, apply company makeup guidelines and ensure visual merchandising meets Sephora guidelines.
- Participate in store operations including cashiering according to SOPs, accurate execution of promotions and adherence to CRM procedures.
- Prepare, maintain and replenish displays and stock in the assigned area; ensure trialers and fixtures are clean and visually compliant.
- Execute receiving, returns, and inventory-count procedures to maintain stock accuracy; apply FIFO and near-expiry product management to minimise shrinkage.
- Complete mandatory training and exams, attend brand and regional trainings, share knowledge with colleagues and develop a personal career plan.
- Comply with all company policies and perform ad hoc duties as assigned by store management.
- Demonstrable passion for cosmetics and fashion.
- Proactive, eager to learn and open to ongoing product and sales training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; customer-focused and service-oriented.
- Collaborative team player with a positive, resilient attitude.

Previous retail or beauty consultancy experience is preferred; candidates with 0–2 years of customer-facing retail experience or recent graduates with strong motivation and product interest will be considered.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certificates in cosmetology, beauty or retail are advantageous.
