1. Deliver professional consultations on makeup, skincare and fragrance in line with Sephora service standards to maximise customer satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs through active selling, product recommendations and personalised client service.
3. Uphold brand presentation standards: maintain professional appearance, apply company makeup guidelines and ensure visual merchandising meets Sephora guidelines.
4. Participate in store operations including cashiering according to SOPs, accurate execution of promotions and adherence to CRM procedures.
5. Prepare, maintain and replenish displays and stock in the assigned area; ensure trialers and fixtures are clean and visually compliant.
6. Execute receiving, returns, and inventory-count procedures to maintain stock accuracy; apply FIFO and near-expiry product management to minimise shrinkage.
7. Complete mandatory training and exams, attend brand and regional trainings, share knowledge with colleagues and develop a personal career plan.
8. Comply with all company policies and perform ad hoc duties as assigned by store management.

Previous retail or beauty consultancy experience is preferred; candidates with 0–2 years of customer-facing retail experience or recent graduates with strong motivation and product interest will be considered.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certificates in cosmetology, beauty or retail are advantageous.
