- Deliver expert, personalized consultations across makeup, skincare and fragrance to maximize customer satisfaction and conversion.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and relevant KPIs through consultative selling and by understanding customer needs.
- Maintain the company’s appearance standards: follow grooming, makeup and uniform requirements when attending customers.
- Execute cashiering and point‑of‑sale procedures accurately, applying CRM policy and promotional rules to protect store cash and compliance.
- Manage visual merchandising and displays within assigned area: replenish stock, preserve visual standards and execute seasonal/quarterly promotional layouts.
- Perform inventory tasks including receiving, returns and cycle counts; apply FIFO and shelf‑life controls to minimise shrinkage.
- Adhere to hygiene, sanitation and safety procedures throughout service delivery and product handling.
- Participate in and complete required training programmes; share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to team learning and development.
- Support the store management team with ad hoc operational duties as assigned to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Genuine enthusiasm for cosmetics, beauty and fashion; committed to delivering elevated customer experiences.
- Proactive learner with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and an aptitude for consultative selling.
- Demonstrated teamwork and the ability to collaborate with colleagues and store leadership.

Previous retail or beauty advisory experience is preferred but not mandatory; company induction and brand training will be provided. Candidates with prior customer‑facing sales experience will be advantaged.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
