- Deliver personalized beauty experiences through tailored consultations and expert product recommendations.
- Demonstrate product expertise by sharing knowledge to educate and empower clients.

- Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment with a demonstrated ability to provide excellent service.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building client relationships.
- Ability to learn quickly and share product knowledge effectively.
- Proficiency in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Capability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Beginner level experience in retail or a related field.
$22.60 - $27.70 per hour, with actual pay depending on qualifications and experience.
