1. Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
3. Achieve sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and clienteling activities.
4. Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory activities and ensure a clean, inviting salesfloor presentation.
5. Keep current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
6. Uphold company policies and contribute to a secure, inclusive and customer-centric shopping environment.
7. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and meet minimum required weekly hours for the role.

1. Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with a demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service.
2. Passion for beauty products, trends and a genuine interest in helping clients feel confident.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
4. Team-oriented mindset with the capacity to work collaboratively toward sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
