1. Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools to educate and empower clients.
3. Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure the selling area is clean, organized and welcoming.
5. Stay current with beauty trends and new product launches to provide relevant, up‑to‑date advice.
6. Contribute to an inclusive team culture and follow company policies to ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping environment.

1. Previous customer‑facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client‑service role preferred; entry‑level candidates will be considered.
2. Genuine passion for beauty, product trends, and helping clients feel confident.
3. Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal skills and ability to build repeat client relationships.
4. Reliable availability for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays; punctuality and consistent attendance required.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
