Sephora Beauty Advisor

- Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to build client loyalty and drive repeat traffic.
- Demonstrate and educate clients on product usage, application techniques and current beauty trends to empower purchase decisions.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling and conversion of foot traffic.
- Support store presentation by maintaining merchandising standards, performing inventory tasks and ensuring a clean, organized customer environment.
- Contribute to an inclusive team environment, promote Sephora’s standards, and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe and welcoming shopping experience.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and develop strong client relationships in retail, hospitality, or other client-facing roles.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working in a collaborative, goal-focused team.
- Reliable availability during peak retail hours (including nights, weekends and holidays) and punctual attendance.
