1. Deliver personalized in-store consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s unique needs.
2. Demonstrate and communicate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance to educate and empower clients.
3. Drive sales performance by achieving individual and store KPIs and contributing to conversion and retention goals.
4. Support merchandising, inventory management and visual presentation to maintain a clean, organized and inviting sales floor.
5. Stay current with product launches, techniques and beauty trends to provide relevant, up-to-date advice.
6. Uphold company policies and create a safe, welcoming shopping environment that reflects Sephora’s standards.
7. Maintain reliable availability for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays; meet required weekly hours for full-time (30–40 hrs/week).

1. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and consumer education.
3. Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred but not required.
4. Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, goal-driven environment.
5. Reliable attendance and punctuality with flexibility to work peak retail hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
6. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as needed for merchandising and inventory tasks.
