1. Deliver personalised beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client's needs.
2. Demonstrate product expertise and educate clients on application techniques, ingredients and regimen routines.
3. Keep current with beauty trends, product launches and techniques to provide relevant, timely advice.
4. Drive sales results and meet or exceed individual and store KPIs and performance targets.
5. Support merchandising, inventory activities and visual standards to ensure a clean, organised, and inviting retail environment.
6. Contribute to an inclusive team environment by collaborating with colleagues and upholding company standards, policies and safety protocols.

1. Previous client-facing or retail experience demonstrating excellent customer service and relationship-building.
2. A genuine passion for beauty, trends and helping clients build confidence.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable advising diverse clientele.
4. Availability during peak retail hours including nights, weekends and holidays; reliable attendance and punctuality.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
6. Ability to learn quickly and share product knowledge with peers and clients.

Entry-level role; previous retail, hospitality or client-focused experience is preferred but not mandatory.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Hourly wage CAD$18.20–CAD$21.40; eligibility for performance-based bonus opportunities; access to a competitive benefits program and learning & development initiatives.
