- Deliver personalised makeup, skincare and fragrance consultations in accordance with Sephora service standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with hygiene protocols.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by identifying client needs, recommending suitable products and executing upsell and conversion techniques aligned with KPIs.
- Adhere to professional appearance and store presentation standards while representing the brand during all customer interactions.
- Complete company, brand and in-store training programs; share product knowledge and best practices with colleagues to support collective development.
- Prepare and maintain product displays within assigned areas, replenish stock on shelves, and ensure visual merchandising meets Sephora standards.
- Operate the till following company cashiering SOPs, execute promotional and CRM policies correctly, and support cash-control procedures to protect store assets.
- Perform stock-management tasks including receiving, returns processing and regular inventory counts; apply FIFO and 5S principles to minimise shrinkage and maintain stock accuracy.
- Comply with all company policies and perform additional duties as assigned by store management.
- Genuine passion for cosmetics, skincare and the beauty industry.
- Proactive learner with a commitment to completing training and product exams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Positive, customer-oriented attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to follow SOPs, hygiene rules and brand visual standards consistently.

Entry-level role; no formal prior experience required although previous retail or beauty-consultation experience is advantageous. Demonstrable customer-service experience will be considered a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training or certification in cosmetology, beauty or a related discipline is advantageous.
