1. Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs.
2. Demonstrate extensive product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
3. Stay informed about the latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant advice.
4. Drive sales by exceeding goals and key performance indicators.
5. Support inventory management, merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

7. Adhere to company policies to create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

1. Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a client-focused environment with a proven ability to provide excellent service.
2. A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence in clients.

3. Quick learning ability to absorb and share product knowledge.
4. Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Beginner level experience in a retail or client-focused environment is required.

$18.00 - $23.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
