1. Deliver personalized one-to-one beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate product expertise to educate and empower clients on makeup, skincare, fragrance and tools.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice.
4. Drive sales performance and achieve key performance indicators through clienteling, add-on selling and follow-up.
5. Support merchandising, inventory control and stock replenishment to ensure a well-presented, shoppable space.
6. Ensure the store environment is clean, organized and welcoming; follow company safety and operational standards.
7. Contribute to an inclusive team culture and collaborate with colleagues to meet store objectives.
8. Work a flexible retail schedule including nights, weekends and holidays and meet minimum weekly shift/hour requirements.

1. Previous experience in retail, hospitality or other client-facing roles preferred; demonstrable customer service ability.
2. Genuine passion for beauty, trends and empowering client confidence.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for active listening.
4. Ability to learn quickly and translate product knowledge into consultative recommendations.
5. Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and remain on feet for extended periods.
6. Reliable punctuality and consistent attendance; availability for peak retail hours.

Entry-level role; prior retail, hospitality or other client-facing experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and meet sales targets preferred.
