1. Provide personalized beauty consultations by understanding clients' beauty goals and recommending suitable products.
2. Demonstrate product application, showcasing expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
3. Stay current with beauty trends and new products available at Sephora.
4. Deliver exceptional client service, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
5. Participate in sales and promotional events, contributing to exciting sales initiatives.
6. Provide excellent client service for BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) transactions.
7. Help maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.

1. Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail.
2. Passion for client service and beauty.
3. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
4. Resilience and the ability to react to situations in the moment.
5. Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
6. Consistent and reliable attendance.
7. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Prior equivalent work experience, preferably in retail, is required.

$19.75 - $24.21 per hour, dependent on qualifications, experience, and other legitimate business factors.
