1. Welcome customers, assess needs and provide personalised product advice and demonstrations to drive conversion and loyalty.
2. Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and promoting Sephora products and services.
3. Deliver an elevated customer experience consistent with Sephora standards, creating moments of discovery and delight.
4. Participate in store activations, promotional events and commercial challenges to support traffic and revenue objectives.
5. Maintain visual merchandising, product presentation and stock replenishment to uphold brand image and operational readiness.
6. Follow training curriculum with EMA SUP and apply learnings on the shop floor to obtain the professional certification.

1. Eligible for an alternance / apprenticeship (Contrat d'alternance / professionalisation).
2. Minimum Bac+2 (French equivalent) or currently enrolled in a qualifying programme.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, commercial orientation and a genuine interest in cosmetics and beauty trends.
4. Customer-service mindset, professionalism, and attention to detail in a fast-paced retail environment.
