- Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance, educating and empowering clients.
- Drive sales performance and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, manage inventory tasks and ensure a clean, welcoming sales floor.
- Stay current with beauty trends and product launches to provide relevant, timely advice.
- Support an inclusive team environment and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.
- Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with a track record of delivering excellent service.
- Passion for beauty, trends and customer empowerment.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and repeat business.
- Reliable availability for retail peak hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and commitment to scheduled shifts.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by store operations.
