1. Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations that address each client’s needs and preferences.
2. Demonstrate expert product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance, educating and empowering clients.
3. Drive sales performance and key performance indicators through consultative selling and clienteling.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards, manage inventory tasks and ensure a clean, welcoming sales floor.
5. Stay current with beauty trends and product launches to provide relevant, timely advice.
6. Support an inclusive team environment and adhere to company policies to ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience.

1. Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience with a track record of delivering excellent service.
2. Passion for beauty, trends and customer empowerment.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and repeat business.
4. Reliable availability for retail peak hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and commitment to scheduled shifts.
5. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds as required by store operations.
