Sephora Beauty Adviser (Part‑Time, 6h/day)

1. Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalised beauty consultations and attentive service
2. Advise clients on makeup, fragrance and skincare products while demonstrating features and benefits
3. Promote Sephora products and brand values with enthusiasm and professionalism
4. Proactively contribute to store sales targets through consultative selling and product recommendations
5. Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming sales floor and product displays
6. Participate in training sessions and continuous development activities to expand product knowledge
7. Foster a positive team environment through collaboration, respect and mutual support

1. High school diploma (Baccalaureate) is required
2. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
3. Positive, proactive attitude with a strong customer‑service orientation
4. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
5. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast‑paced retail environment
6. Previous experience in retail, sales or customer service is an advantage
