- Develop and execute a comprehensive indirect procurement strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee supplier management, including evaluations, contract negotiations, and performance management.
- Optimize procurement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs through technology and data-driven decision-making.
- Manage procurement budgets and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in procurement activities.
- Develop and implement regional ESG strategies and oversee their execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving cost savings and process improvements.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team management.
- Familiarity with procurement software and e-sourcing tools.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
- Understanding of sustainability and ESG considerations in procurement.
