1. Develop and execute a comprehensive indirect procurement strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
2. Oversee supplier management, including evaluations, contract negotiations, and performance management.
3. Optimize procurement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs through technology and data-driven decision-making.
4. Manage procurement budgets and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
5. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards in procurement activities.
6. Develop and implement regional ESG strategies and oversee their execution.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
3. Proven track record of achieving cost savings and process improvements.
4. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team management.
7. Familiarity with procurement software and e-sourcing tools.
8. Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
9. Ability to work independently under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
10. Understanding of sustainability and ESG considerations in procurement.
