Sephora Assistant Store Manager

- Manage, develop, and coach the store team, conducting employee appraisals.
- Act as a role model, embodying the Sephora Attitude and DNA.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, ensuring year-on-year growth.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain a customer-focused team.
- Update visual merchandising and implement updates and animations.
- Analyze sales data and derive actionable sales activities.
- Oversee merchandise management, including receipt, storage, write-offs, returns, and tester management.
- Ensure proper store opening and closing procedures, including cash register management.
- Deputize for the Store Manager during absences.
- Minimum 3-4 years of retail experience, preferably in the beauty sector.
- Previous management and team leadership experience with an empathetic management style.
- Customer service excellence and employee development.
- Analytical and commercial acumen.
- Strong hands-on mentality and presence on the sales floor.
- Basic knowledge of SAP and Excel.
- Proficiency in English and the native language of the country.
A minimum of 3 years in retail, with a preference for experience in the beauty sector and previous management roles.
